SHIPPING METHODS & PRICES:
All shipments are shipped in a neutral envelope/foam protection.
We ship from Belgium, Bpost, usually within 48 hours after the payment confirmation of the order.
- All orders within Europe from minimum 10 € are sent FREE via normal regular Bpost/ No track & Trace.
- All orders within Europe from minimum 50 € are sent FREE via registered Bpost mail, including Track & Trace.
- All orders outside Europe from minimum 50 euro are sent FREE via normal regular Bpost/No track & Trace. Depending the country, we can chose to Split or upgrade to Registered Shipping.
Shipping rates - BELGIUM & EUROPE orders 'less than 10 Euro':
- Belgium regular mail (Prior): 2 €, on average 1 - 2 days
- Belgium registered (Track&Trace): 7 €, on average 1 - 2 days
- Europe regular mail: 2.5 €, on average 3 - 7 days
- Europe registered (Track&Trace): 8 €, on average 3 - 7 days
Shipping rates - INTERNATIONAL orders 'less than 50 Euro':
- International=outside Europe - regular mail (No Track and Trace): 2.75 €, on average 3 - 9 days
- International=outside Europe - Registered mail (Track and Trace): 9 € (Not recommended)
The customer must at all times be aware of local legislation regarding the introduction of seeds. Seized shipments will never be refunded nor returned.

Since it is a living product, we no longer exchange after this period.
An approved return will be refunded to the customer without taking into account the shipping costs of the original order.
