Compared with Sungold is Gobstopper is not as sweet, but there is a lot to make it a favorite. It is as early as Sungold, slightly bigger and producing a very large amount of yellow-green fruit with more acidity in the taste. As the tomatoes are prone to burst, it’s advisable to pick them in time.
Most attractive looking, slightly flattened cherry fruits. The refreshing, light fruitiness of green tomatoes with a little extra "oomph". Very productive in my greenhouse.

De-hybridization starting from Sungold F1, bred by Madeline McKeever, Ireland.
Yellow-green cherry tomato with semi-transparent skin. Very special looks.
Very good taste, fruity and sweet with the texture of a grape.
Indeterminate with regular foliage.
Good yields in mid-season. The first fruits are reasonably early.
