Family heirloom from Carl Ashlock, developed by his grandfather in Kentucky, USA, 1920s.

Medium to large pink beefsteak fruits from 250 to 500 grams with ribs on top and sometimes yellow shoulders.

Sweet and juicy beefsteak flesh, excellent flavor.

Indeterminate plants with potato leaves.

High yields, mid- season.
