Rare heirloom, Amish heritage from German origin.
Big pink beefsteak fruits from 300 to 500 gr, flattened on the poles, ribs more or less present in the upper part, ribbed shoulders with lobes for the bigger fruits.
Pink beefsteak flesh with exceptionally good taste.
Narrow plants with medium development (1.8m / 6f), regular leaves, indeterminate growth.
Highly productive from the second part of the season until first frost.
