Very old pre-Colombian variety native of Mexico.
Beefsteak type fruits from 150 to 450 grams whose shape varies depending the caliber.
Yellow-orange epidermis more or less mottled with red.
Juicy and fleshy bi color beefsteak flesh. Flavor of the level of the best "bi colors".
Plants with medium development, potato foliage, indeterminate.
Good mid-season production.
Very good cold weather tolerance.
