Information
Heirloom from the Black Forest, Germany. Introduced in the USA by a friend of Joe Bratka.
Large purple beefsteak fruits from 180 to 350 gr, shoulders more or less ribbed and chubby according to the caliber.
Green flesh marbled with pink, dense and juicy with a sweet and fruity taste with character.
Plants with high development, indeterminate.
Good and regular production in the second half of the season.
Good resistance to cracking.
