Heirloom tomatoes from Bell County, Kentucky, USA. Grown by the Bishop family in the Appalachian mountain range/plateau.

Large yellow-orange beefsteak type tomatoes, 250 to 400 grams.

Firm beefsteak flesh, aromatic with a good sweet-acidity balance, containing few seeds.

Indeterminate growing plants with regular foliage.

Average yields but large fruits, from mid-season.
